Harris Teeter to Open New Raleigh Store
RALEIGH, NC, April 9, 2002 --- Harris Teeter will open its 12th Raleigh store at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8. The 20,858 square-foot store will be open 24 hours a day, and will employ about 70 associates.

The new store, located at 4421 Six Forks Road, will feature a wide variety of grocery and dairy products, along with full-service meat, seafood and fresh foods departments. In addition, the store will offer natural foods and organic sections, sushi, Certified Angus Beef, Coinstar and many other amenities for which Harris Teeter stores are noted.

Chris Cavalchire, who has been with Harris Teeter since March of 2000, will manage the store. Co-Manager at the new location will be Mike Nessel.
